Apple 1no
Currants 10gms
Almonds (split) 5gms
Fresh cream 25ml
Lettuce 4 leaves
Lemon juice 5ml
Preparation:
Peel and core apples, sprinkle lemon juice. Cut into dices. Mix with currants and cream. Place the cored apple on crisp lettuce. Neatly fill the apple mixture. Serve chilled.
Garnish with split almonds.
